The Museum of the British Dental Association was begun in 1919 with a donation of instruments by Britain’s first qualified female dentist.

The National Library holds over 14 million books and much more. Exhibitions are both paying and non-paying. The library which is London’s largest is situated between Euston mainline station and St Pancras International Station. Notable contents include original Beatles scripts and Handel’s Messiah, the original Magna Carta (King John) and the Gutenberg Bible plus a collection of Shakespeare’s work from 1623. The library staff are informed and especially helpful.
