Important Note: The nearest station to London Luton Airport is Luton Parkway which is less than a mile from the station There is a free frequent shuttle airport bus between the airport and the station. Though this transfer and the distance to London might deter you from using Luton Airport it takes no longer to reach central London on standard services from the station than it does any other airport and when it reaches St Pancras International the options for travelling ‘on’ are better than other terminus stations serving other airports.
First Capital Connect’s Thameslink services from London Luton Airport to St Pancras International Kings Cross run up to four times an hour in peak periods and hourly during the night. The service generally takes between 35 and 45 minutes it also extends on to London Gatwick Airport which is and additional 40 – 45 minutes in journey time.
East Midland Trains from Leicester via Luton Parkway also go to St Pancras International with a Journey time of about 30 minutes.
Virgin Trains who operate services from London Euston to Edinburgh Glasgow Holyhead Liverpool and Manchester offer an express service to Luton Airport on services stopping at Milton Keynes.
From St Pancras International passengers for London Heathrow Airport should take the Piccadilly Line – passengers for London Stansted Airport should take the Hammersmith & City Line or Circle Line to Liverpool Street and change on to the Stansted Express mainline service – alternatively see the faster National Express Service below. passengers for London City Airport should take the Northern Line to Bank and change on to the Docklands Light Railway/

There are three bus/ coach services serving the airport and Central London
easyBus run a 24 hour coach service from London Luton Airport to London Victoria. At peak times the services run every 15 minutes and at night it is hourly. Tickets booked in advance start at £2 one way. The journey takes about 80 – 90 minutes with stops at Brent Cross, Finchley Road Station, Baker Street and Marble Arch.
Greenline Express also run a 24 hour coach service from London Luton Airport to London Victoria. At peak times this service is every 20 minutes and hourly during the night. The journey takes about 80 – 90 minutes with stops at Bricket Wood A405 Brent Cross, Finchley Road Station, Baker Street and Marble Arch.
National Express Coaches also run a 24 hour coach service London Luton Airport to London Victoria. At peak times the services run every 20 minutes and at night 30 minutes. it is hourly. At night the journey time is just over an hour and during the day 80 – 90 minutes except in peak times when it maybe 1 hr 40 minutes.
National Express all run 27 daily services between London Luton Airport and London Stansted Airport. This service is intermittent from the early evenings until breakfast but during the day there are usually 2 services an hour – journey time usually about 90 minutes.

Car Parking At London Luton Airport
There are three types of parking at London Luton Airport – short term, mid-term and long term. Short term parking is for periods up to15 minutes which cost £3 – then for up to 30 minutes £4.50 and then for up to an hour £7.00. Up to 2 hours will cost £10, then £12.50 for up to 3 hours. Mid Term parking is free for the first hour then £17.50 for the first day, £35 for the second and £52.50 for three days. After three days the daily prices reduce in cost. Long Term Parking this is charged at a daily rate of 12.50.
